Can the Alienware M11x gaming laptop handle Battlefield 3 in max specs?

I'm going to get this laptop soon. Just curious if it can handle Battlefield 3 maxed out.|||max probaly not but high and medium deffiently|||It'll run, but CERTAINLY not on max.
