I'm not sure whether or not to get a PC with these specs, can it run Battlefield 3 on HIGH or ULTRA in that resolution?|||definitely you could be able to run it on High with a mac book pro|||go to google and type in, can i run this. its a website that'll scan your computer and tell you if you can run which ever game you chose at different settings.
