Can the cheapest alienware aurora run Battlefield 3 at high settings?

Im thinking of getting the cheapest Alienware Aurora and i was wondering if it can run games such as battlefield 3 at high settings. Any help would be appreciated :) and if you know of a better pc for gaming about the same price that would be great! :D|||Battlefield 3 Minimum System Requirements
