How do you redeem the battlefield 3 beta?

I bought the Medal of Honor Limited Edition on black friday 2010 new, and have put on my online code then. However, how do you redeem and get the battlefield 3 beta? do you have to sign up online or just enter the online code or what? thanks (bonus: when is the beta? is it today?" XBOX 360 VERSION.|||There are no requirements to participate in the Beta, anyone on any console can play it, yet as for the release date and other info:

If you Pre-Ordered Medal of Honor Limited Edition, or Pre-Ordered Battlefield 3 for PC on Origin, you get 48 hours (2 Days) Early Access from the official release date.
