I saw in the system specs for Battlefield 3 that for some reason the game takes up more space on your hard drive if you install it from a disc. (Origin 10gb, disc 15gb), and i was wondering if that would affect system performance for the game.|||The Origin version probably decompresses to use the same amount of space. The versions have to be identical. Besides, you still need Origin to play it.|||The physical copy will still require origin in order to play there is a link to the article in the show notes covered in this podcast.|||Downloading it on Origin would probably be more convenient. The download will be compressed. This is why its a smaller size. When you install the game it will be 15gbs.
The performance will be the same.|||Get the physical version, i never liked paying full price for a digital download.|||Origin....
