gigabyte motherboard with PCI express 1.0 slots
what will i need to upgrade to make Battlefield 3 run smoothly, with no framing and satisfactory graphics?|||Everything. BF3 is a monstrosity that can tax all but the most ludicrously specced machines. Yours will barely play it. BF3 actually makes good use of a quad core CPU. Duals suffer in performance. An 8600GT is going to barely be able to play it. 2.5GB is paltry.
You'll want a good quad core CPU, 4GB of RAM, and the recommended video card is a GTX 560 Ti or Radeon 6950, and even those can't max the game out. You're nowhere CLOSE to being able to run it well.|||geforce is too small, get one with 1gb memory [about 拢40]
